Jennifer was amazing throughout the whole process. We live out of state from where we bought our property which was nerve racking to say the least. But she guided us through the process and was always quick to respond to my million and one questions! Living in another state made it difficult for us to go see the properties right away. We sent her one we were not too sure about and she went and took videos and pictures and that one ended up being ours!! She knew what we wanted and we trusted her opinion!! She makes the buying process a very personal experience!

I do not recommend Jason Fitzgerald I have had the worst experience buying a house. I believed I had an agent to represent my interests but found his interests were the priority. Even after finding out I was sold a house with multiple adverse conditions that were not disclosed this company has no interest in helping me correct the mistakes. I'd also include it was recommended that I use Dustin Henderson as my home inspector that missed many things one as big as this house has no water meter and a shot AC unit with a major leaks under the house. I'm currently paying a water bill for multiple properties with many leaks using over 12,000 gallons a month. For a house I paid double what it was worth. A used car salesman has more morals.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the absolute WORST real estate company to go through and I highly do NOT recommend going through them unless you want them stealing all the money they can from you like they did us. They don’t care about any of their clients. They always check how much money they will get out of it before proceeding according to their agent. The treatment we received was absolutely terrible to say the least.

Angie helped us to find our first house, and it was an adventure! Angie was very patient with us while going through this process. We were looking at houses in Bradley County, and I think we must’ve walked through every house for sale in the county before settling on one. Angie was very helpful in the walk through scheduling process, and she is very knowledgeable in the closing process. Made the whole house buying process much easier than I feared it was going to be. The reason for four stars on the local knowledge was that she is based out of Rhea county and we were looking in Bradley county (as mentioned before). Otherwise, I would highly recommend Angie as a buyers agent. Very good.

She made herself available when we had a water issue that needed to be resolved (and we were out of town).
